While most of your time will be spent with one of our dentists, that doesn’t mean our dental office would be successful without the hard work, dedication and exceptional customer service of our dental office staff. Our assistants, hygienists and administrative team members do everything possible to make you feel right at home. Jessica, Office Manager
Originally from Uxbridge, Jessica earned her Master’s in School Counseling in 2013 from Assumption College. She’s always been drawn to people’s smiles – she truly believes that a smile can make or break your confidence and help you conquer the world too! Working in the dental field as an office manager has allowed her to use her Master’s in a new light, helping others reach their goals and face their fears. She gets super excited to see the results of each patient’s unique transformation and feels extremely grateful to work for such amazing doctors who are changing the world of dentistry.
At home, Jessica has boy/girl twins as well as two hairless doggies. Yes- we said hairless. Outside of Whitinsville Family Dentistry, you can nearly always find her hanging out with her kiddos. With double the trouble, her family is in non-stop motion!
Morgan, Front Desk
Morgan joined our team in 2025 and brings more than thirteen years of customer service experience to her role. Originally from Millbury, MA, she loves being part of the front desk team while supporting the rest of the office. She works well in collaborative environments and always focuses on making patients feel welcome with a positive attitude.
Outside of work, Morgan is married to her husband, Johnathan, and enjoys traveling, taking walks with their dog, and spending quality time with her family.
Kristin, Front Desk
Kristin is originally from the Canton area and attended Messiah College for her education. She loves spending time alongside such great team members each day!
Outside of work, Kristin is married to her husband Jake and has a daughter named Hannah. She enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and watching the Hallmark channel. An interesting fact about her: she was actually the only person in her high school’s graduating class.
Melanie, Front Desk
From Wayland, MA, Melanie has been bringing her warmth and professionalism to the front desk since 2019. With over three decades in the dental field, she delights in helping nervous patients feel at ease and enjoys witnessing the transformative power of a confident smile.
When not at work, Melanie enjoys quality time with her fiancé Jason and their fur babies Winston, Willow, and Hazel. She also loves going to the beach, spending time at home, and supporting her son, who serves as a police officer.
Nikki, Front Desk
Originally from Thompson, CT, Nikki has been greeting patients and managing the front desk since 2020. With a Master’s in Education, she loves connecting with new and returning patients, making them feel welcome and cared for. She thrives in a friendly, patient-focused environment.
Outside the office, Nikki enjoys traveling to her place in Kennebunk, ME, spending time with her husband Mike, and cuddling with their dog Bodi. She also enjoys reading and exploring new adventures with family and friends.
Jenny, Dental Assistant
Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Framingham State University, and her career in the dental field now spans over five years. She has attended continuing education with several prestigious organizations, including SPEAR and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also the organizer and leader of the Tubo SPEAR Study Club! For as long as she can remember, she’s had a strange obsession with teeth and smiles, and it’s amazing to see the transformations every day in the dental office – not just in the patient’s smile, but in their self-confidence, their openness, and their general personality. They can even possibly affect someone’s work life, love life, and income potential! More than anything, her favorite part of this position is being able to work with her husband, Dr. Jason Tubo, every day.
Jennifer and Dr. Tubo have six children together! What she enjoys most outside of work is spending quality time with her family and seeing her kids grow up and become successful. An interesting fact about her: she was voted “Pearliest Whites” for the Senior Superlatives at Douglas High School!
Ashton, Dental Assistant
Ashton has nearly a decade of experience in the dental field and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and supported during dental visits, making her a natural fit for the practice.
At home, Ashton enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter Leni, and their dog Cooper. She loves family life, creating fun memories, and bringing a positive, caring energy to every part of her day.
Demetria, Dental Assistant
From Uxbridge, MA, Demetria has been in dental assisting for over a decade after graduating from Lincoln Technical Institute. She loves the family-like atmosphere of the practice and thrives in an energetic, team-focused environment. Her enthusiasm and positivity make her a perfect fit for her role.
A proud mom of two young sons, Demetria enjoys photography, creating TikTok videos, and sharing laughter and fun with her family. She approaches both work and life with energy and joy, making every day brighter.
Amanda, Dental Assistant
Amanda joined our team in 2022, and she’s been providing our patients with exceptional care ever since. As for her studies, she earned her bachelor’s degree at Framingham State University. Plus, she is a certified EMT and medical assistant! For her, the best thing about being a dental assistant is making a difference in people’s lives, learning about new technology, and working with an amazing team.
In her free time, Amanda loves hiking, snowboarding, and going to the beach!
Samantha D., Dental Assistant
Samantha grew up in Millbury, MA, and now resides in Whitinsville. Since 2007, she has dedicated herself to supporting patients through every step of dental care. A graduate of Blackstone Valley Technical Career Center’s Dental Assisting Program, she enjoys working with children, patients with disabilities, and anyone feeling anxious about dental visits.
Outside the office, Samantha’s family keeps her busy with her spouse, two children, a dog, three cats, and a couple of reptiles. She loves hiking, fishing, day trips, gardening, and discovering new restaurants, breweries, and wineries.
Stephanie, Dental Hygienist
Stephanie’s family has actually been coming to this dental office since she was a young child, and she’s proud to be a member of the dental office team and care for patients herself! Her experience spans nearly a full decade, and she has her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England, as well as a license in local anesthesia. Her favorite part of this position is getting to meet such interesting, wonderful people each and every day.
Originally from Uxbridge, Stephanie and her husband Charlie have two wonderful dogs at home as well as two baby boys! In her spare time, she enjoys four-wheeling, being outdoors, hiking, exploring new places, and traveling.
Tracy, Dental Hygienist
Northbridge, MA native Tracy has devoted four decades to dental hygiene. She holds an Associate's degree in Science from Quinsigamond Community College and values the close relationships she forms with patients of all ages. She thrives in an environment where teamwork and caring for others come first.
Tracy is an avid triathlete, having completed an Ironman at age 50. She is also married, is a proud mom and mother-in-law, and she enjoys staying active, inspiring others, and celebrating family milestones.
Samantha R., Dental Hygienist
Hailing from Cranston, RI, and now living in Whitinsville, MA, Sam has over a decade of experience in dental care. She earned her Master of Science in Dental Hygiene and thrives on educating patients about how oral health impacts overall wellness. She loves working in a practice that emphasizes teamwork and enjoys making patients feel comfortable during every visit.
At home, Sam enjoys spending time with her daughter Lucy. She also loves family adventures and traveling together, creating memories that are just as vibrant as her welcoming smile in the office.
Lauren, Dental Hygienist
Originally from Rhode Island and now living in Uxbridge, MA, Lauren joined the practice in 2023. She has an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Her caring nature and attention to detail make her a natural fit in the dental office.
Lauren’s two cats are her constant companions. She also loves to cook and bake, sharing her creations with family and friends. Her warm personality shines both at work and at home!
Abbie, Dental Hygienist
Originally from Northbridge, Abbie brings a fresh and enthusiastic perspective to dental hygiene, having joined the practice in 2024. With a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, she loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.
Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two beloved cats. Whether she is relaxing at home or exploring new hobbies, she brings her cheerful energy to everything she does.
